Actually, it's just me.

Hi, I'm Jess! A mere, self-taught home baker (but I was offered a position at Le Cordon Bleu, London when I was 18). And in charge of recipe development, baking, customer support, logistics, finance, marketing, public relations, partnerships. Also delivery-woman.

So do forgive me if I reply you a tad slowly haha.

My parents help out with deliveries though, so you might get to meet them!

A "TRUE" MOLTEN BROWNIE
WHAT MAKES MY BROWNIES SPECIAL?
Most molten/lava brownies use frozen or piped fillings that make them overly sweet.

Soooo, after 7 months of R&D I designed a "true" molten brownie, where the molten center stems from the batter and a special baking technique. The technique is so temperamental that if I'm 30 seconds off, the entire batch is ruined, so I can only make 10-15 boxes a day!

But as a result, GET BAKED's brownies have been praised for being extremely rich and a chocolate lover's dream - as one customer described it, eating a spoonful feels like a "warm hug".
HOW TO GET THE MOLTEN EFFECT
These are some of the ways my customers have heated up their brownies to get the molten core!

A general guideline is to heat up the brownies until they're warm to the touch.
  • Microwave

    The simplest way to heat it up, just pop the brownies into the microwave for 10-15s. Do play around with the temperature and duration as everybody's microwave is different!
  • Oven

    Heat up your oven to 170 degrees celsius, then switch it off. Place the brownies on a tray and leave them in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Toaster

    If you have a toaster with a temperature setting, set it to 170 degrees and toast the brownies for 10 minutes.
  • Air Fryer

    Apparently the best way to eat my brownies, you'll get a brownie with a crispy shell and a super duper lava centered core!

    You'll have to play around with your own air fryer for this one, but the general consensus is to cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Barbecued

    It's absolutely incredible - I tried it out for myself and the core was velvety smooth and simply melted in your mouth.

    Eat it with ice cream and your BBQ session is gonna feel so much more satisfying.
  • Steamed??

    I asked my customer why'd he do that, and he said "Just for fun."

    But that's the beauty of my brownies! You get to experiment loads with how you eat them! If you've eaten them a different way, do let me know and I'll add them here!
